Over the years, Colour by Schubert has developed strategies for finding the highest quality antique frames and the skills for restoring them. What better addition to your recently restored old photograph than to put it in a frame of a similar era.
We often have several types of antique frames available and our stock is always fluctuating.
We keep our ear to the ground and are constantly looking for frames that are hard to find and in restorable condition. They do go fast, so if you see one that you like, be sure to talk to us.

In its 30 plus years of business, Colour by Schubert has accumulated a wide variety of historical images that showcase London, Ontario and the world. We have an extensive collection of original negatives covering the early 20th century to the 1960s. Many of these we sell as ready-made blank greeting cards, but we will enlarge and frame any of these images to your specification. Depending on your area of interest, be it the Railway, the World Wars, or unique portraiture, you only need to come down and visit us and see what we have.
If London, Ontario and the surrounding area are of particular interest to you we have a selection of archival images from the turn of the century to the 1950s. Many of the later images are shot by a former London Free Press photographer and stretch the length of his career. Again, all of these images are available as cards and framed prints.
